By Car

Directions from the International/Domestic Airport - (Travel time 10-15 mins). Travel down Memorial Ave towards the city. Continue into Fendalton Road and turn left into Glandovey Road. Continue straight ahead through various intersections in Innes Road and turn left in Cranford Street (just after passing Malvern Park on your right hand side). The motel is approximately 200 metres on the right. Look for the large oak tree.

From the North SH1 - Continue off the Northern Motorway (SH 1) into Christchurch onto Main North Road (SH 74). Follow the Main North Road (heading South, South West) through Redwood. Past QE2 Drive intersection. Follow the sign saying "city centre" onto Cranford Street. Continue along Cranford Street for 1km and Cranford Oak Motel is on your left on the corner.

From South on SH1 - Travel towards the City Centre on Main South Road, Riccarton Road and turn left when you reach Hagley Park into Deans Avenue which continues into Harper Avenue. Continue into Bealey Avenue, past Colombo Street. Sherborne Street is the next street to your left. Continue on Sherborne Street through 4 sets of lights on Cranford Street and Cranford Oak Motel is on your right after the Innes Rd lights (4th Set)

From West on SH73 - Travel towards the City Centre on Yaldhurst Road, Riccarton Road and when you reach Hagley Park make a left turn into Deans Avenue which continues into Harper Avenue which continues into Bealey Avenue, go past Colombo Street. Sherborne Street is the next street to your left. Continue on Sherborne Street through 4 sets of lights on Cranford Street and Cranford Oak Motel is on your right after the Innes Rd lights (4th Set)

From Akaroa on SH75 - Travel towards the City Centre on Halswell Road, then Lincoln Road, then Hagley Avenue then Oxford Terrace, left into Montreal Street. Take right into Bealey Avenue and then left into Sherborne Street. Continue on Sherborne Street through 4 sets of lights on Cranford Street and Cranford Oak Motel is on your right after the Innes Rd lights (4th Set)

Bus - From and to the City Centre bus number 14 or 16 will stop on Cranford Street by McFaddens Road. The bus runs frequently - just ask the friendly driver for directions.
