I'd come to Christchurch just to stay here. First, I loved the property. It was easy to get to, in a great location and just the right size. I wish I could have stayed longer, and the photos don't do it justice. It's just the right size - small and intimate. Cute, sparkling clean, and plenty of lighting inside. I'd almost call it a boutique hotel. Second - and most important - was the service. I reserved earlier that day and got there late after a long drive. The host was happy to let me in and even gave me a better room that fit me better. I got unloaded into the room, and found flowers there. What?? I'd mentioned when reserving that it was my birthday and I was looking forward to the room, and in between the time I reserved and the time I arrived, the host went out and bought some flowers for me. It was the nicest surprise from a complete stranger who definitely didn't have to. It's one of the best birthday presents I've ever received.

We stayed in this beautiful motel 3 nights.. It was absolutely fantastic. John the manager is a true professional, smiling friendly and went above and beyond. Value for money....And Tony (one of the staff) was very very helpful and smiling friendly ...Fantastic room, had ( TV, all the equipment) everything in the room, super comfy bed...We highly recommend this beautiful motel and we surely will visit again.. One of the BEST motels we have stayed ..Thank you John and the great friendly Staff

Easy to locate, right on the main road. There is a so large iconic oak tree on the right of the entrance. Easy to use everything in the spacious room and bathroom. Lovely place that makes you sleep tight here.

Great stay close to town. Very comfortable.

Second time I've stayed. Service was great. Very helpful. Good priced accommodation. Spa bath was fabulous. Good stay overall.

Easy access to the motorway, but not so close as to hear the traffic. Easy drive to the city center. And a short walk to an excellent restaurant. If you enjoy a Guinness, it was great.
